Bexley schools are seeking a 9-mill operating levy on Nov. 5.
The levy will help support daily operating costs such as salaries, benefits and keeping the lights on. If approved, Issue 6 would generate about $5 million a year and fund the school district for at least three more years.
The levy would increase property taxes on a $100,000 home by about $26 per month ($316 per year).
